Great quality
The print was very accurate and good definition. It doesn’t look pixelated. That could improve the trimming on the sides but it is barely imperceptible. I probably look for further projects with them.

Not as described
I got this made of my deceased cat that passed in October. I love the scroll and the fact you can hang it up. But it's not in color for some reason and it's way too dark, like too much contrast it looks like. It looks like they used a sepia filter or something. It sucks because I do like the thought of it, but I'm totally unhappy with it. I only hung it for photo purposes. Otherwise, I'll be looking elsewhere for a similar product.
