Works well.
Impressed by this. I'm 37 and was finding concealer alone not enough. The image shows just concealer on one eye and the other with the same concealer and then the powder on top. It definitely does brighten the area. And it doesn't settle into fine lines like other, more expensive ones, I've tried.
