high quality cider> i am using every day and am happy with results. compared to other ciders it is mild and easy to drink. I drink it with about a cup of water and two teaspoons twice a day. it suppresses my appetite for a 3-4 hours.

Doesn't taste bad just a bit tangy, the color is as in picture and has the mother in it so it's definitely organic. The water content is low and so cider is strong. Start off easy and drink more as you adjust or bring the water content up for a lighter taste. A good thing is I noticed an improvement in my health with regular bowel movements.
