I've been taking these for months now. I love the extensive list of ingredients and it doesn't get better at this price! Only advice I have is to take these after a BIG meal. And make sure you wait 30min-1hr before taking them. Every time I take one on an empty stomach, without fail, I get these sharp pains in my stomach where I have to literally kneel over and hold my stomach for 5 minutes. My face turns bright red and flushed... It's like an intense hot flash and stabbing pain. It scared me the first couple of times but it doesn't happen at all if I fill my stomach beforehand. These vitamins will leave you feeling great!

I dislike having to take 2

I found these about a year ago. These have been the best multivitamin for me. I have more energy and feel better taking them. I keep them stocked for my girls and myself. I even bought a bottle each for my sisters to try.

Ok, but still too large to swallow

Vitamins upset my stomach often. But this one I can take on an empty stomach and have zero issues as result. So far I like it. Does have a bit of garlic flavor when you first pop it in your mouth but it's not a big deal to me.

These pills have a nasty after taste

Really like these vitamins. They aren’t terrible to swallow. If I take them on an empty stomach they do give me the niacin flush. Other then that they’re great!!

So far so good. I’ve only been taking them a few weeks but the shipping and the price are very good.
