Product actually works as advertisedReviewed in the United States on May 9, 2024My spouse (78) and I (80) have been taking this for quite some time. Initially, it really worked well. We would walk into a room and actually remembered why in 30 seconds. Findings: on occasion, it seems to need a kickstart with an extra pill to work well. Secondly, calcium supplements taken with this seem to diminish how well it works.

I'm a migraine patient and it's getting so bad to the point that 4 out of 7 days/week I suffered from the unbearable pain. After I started to take fish oil and two of these magnesium pill everyday, I feel like it started to work right away. Now I have migraine only around twice a month. This is my second time ordering the pill after I run out my first order 3 months ago. I do recommend it to people who are currently suffer from migraine. It might or might not work for you, but at least give it a try (doesn't have to be this brand).Two cons about the pill is:1. It's very hard to swallow. Not the size but the shell gets sricky when partially wet. It stuck in my food pipe all the time. I have to take one at a time and hold the pill in my mouth along with water until it gets soaked wet before swallowing.2. 3 month ago the price is $14.99, now it's $15.99. I hope they don't keep raising the price.

I did not pay attention. My fault. I asked for one product, another popped up and that is what I bought. You can't return opened meds, so I paid for something I don't want.
