I am on my 2nd bottle and these do seem to work for me. My hair is growing about 3/8" to 1/2" a month, I know this because I am having to color my hair at least every 30 days or my roots are terrible. When I got my haircut, the stylist was commenting on how vibrant my red was because it looked like it had been a couple months since I colored it, judging by my roots. Take every day 🍑
This is my second bottle of this vitamin, and it works on my nail great they were so long I had to cut them down so I wouldn’t be scratching people on accident, now as for my hair I can see the difference in the brush not so much hair on it which is great as for the length we’ll not so much but there is growth, am in my 50’s am pleased very much! Will update after this bottle.

Capsules are really too big. If you have any swallowing issues, you likely won’t want them either.
