This product does what it claims to do. My knees were too painful to walk and made sleep almost impossible. Research led me to this product as well as Type II collagen powder. Within a month pain started to reduce and at 3 months my knees were back to being free of pain. Very effective and good value.

I was having knee pain in both my knees prior to taking Nutra Harmonys joint support with collagen. I even had the Dr. give me shots in the knees, that didn't work. This might sound commercial, but it works for me. I'm happily walking (sometimes jogging) my dog twice a day without pain. Thank you Nutra Harmony!

I normally don’t write reviews unless a product is excellent and this one really is after only three days of using it. I am so much more flexible. I wake up with no back pain. I’m not hunched over anymore and also in a better mood I don’t know if it has to do with not being in pain, but it feels like this is working only after three days and I’ve been years having horrible back pain in the morning when I get up I’m so stiff 63 years old but back at work today. I was jumping up the stairs like there was no tomorrow.😂
