Bad clips.
I had to return this item as the strap clip broke on the 2nd day of using it. It had a 5A Notice book, a Jumper, a small sandwich, and a flask 900ml when it broke, so it didn't have much weight init.I have looked at another bag that looks like this. They all have the same issue and broke in the same place where I did.
