90” C Port Chargers
I’m very pleased with these 6ft 90” c port chargers that have a ports on the other end. I’ve used them to charge my iPhone 16e & they do so very fast. The 90” angle makes it convenient to use my device while it’s charging because the end is not poking into me, so l love this feature.

Good, but
They’re nice and the colors are vivid. Seems to be pretty durable. The length is fine for me, they charge my phone well and don’t overheat. They would have gotten a 5 but the connection is tight and you have to wiggle it to get it out of your iPhone 16.

Side Mounted plugs are required for most of us, along with the conventional non-90 degree types.
I bought four of these 6' type, to prevent harming the phone when dropped and connected. They are also beneficial if just holding them with the connector at the bottom, vs a wire protruding that makes this nearly impossible. But, today's phones, and most Apps can switch top/bottom left/right dynamically. So you can just switch them manually so the wire is out of the way.But if you think about the DAMAGE to the phone from dropping, there are several types of damage to the phone:1. Shoving the plug to the side, right, left, front or back. With NON USB-C, mini-USB, this destroyed the plug in the cable, almost the first time it was dropped. When unlucky, it also damaged the phone's internal plug as well. (I have one of 2 phones after two years with this problem, but it does still work, if held properly".) These side impact events cause less damage with today's USB-C than the Mini.2. Pushing the connector into the phone. These side impacts are potentially damaging, but with these side mounted plugs that can no longer occur. But, there's a downside to these as well. When a phone falls and the plug is faced down, the exposed wire cushions the fall, and more slowly stops the phone, albeit at the cost of the cable and connectors. With these side mounted plugs, a drop is more likely to cause damage to the phone, but not the plugm by forcing the plug into the phone, as the phone instantly stops. My advice is to have a number of plug types and cables that are handy, I'd keep some of the conventional cables that come straight out, and some that have this wire come out at 90 degrees. I'd also recommend a few 12' cables, like maybe one per location. Passing a plugged in device is not convenient, without a long cable. Yet, long cables are a mess to keep straight, so most cables need to be 6'. I'd also keep some very short cables available.Another consideration are cables that start breaking some of the braided wires inside the cable. This can make charging slower than you'd think. Several ways to detect this: !. portions of the cable might become hot. 2. There are Apps that can tell you how many mA is being used at that time. 3. Used one of the LED readout devices. They are handy to see what's going on, which is not always obvious. For one, most devices now will stop charging at 60% or at 85%. So your cable might be fine, but the device is saying, "no more right now, please, as I'm 'full'". Keeping it below 85%, and charge slowly enough that it barely gets hot will extend your battery life almost indefinitely. Still, if you plan on being out all day, charge it to 100%, and then switch is back to 85% when you aren't likely to need it.These cables certainly seem heavy duty that should last forever, or long after USB-C's are obsolete. There's no downside to keeping your devices plugged in 24 x 7, as long as it is not being charged to 100%.
