very good item but must remember its a lit weight door closer possibly not work on heavy fire doors .you must check size of door ideal for light internal doors.

I fixed mine to an outside gate and it has worked a treat, without issue. Easy to follow and set up instructions.

Easy to install, had one template mod
Super easy to install unless you have no mechanical inclination. Door was hard to open like many have complained about. Changed the dynamic geometry of the arm by moving the arm swivel mount 3in closer to the center of the door so the first few degrees of door swing has more arm leverage. (See old holes in the picture where the template wants that mount) Works great now, super easy to open, door holds open at 97deg, closing circuit starts 8deg before door closes.
