Wonderful alternative to other metal pans and made in USA
Bakes very nicely and fits well in my countertop toaster oven which is a real plus! I only bought one to try out but now that it passed my test I will be purchasing another one to use for smaller layer cakes. I bake fish in it in my toaster oven and it worked great. U must oil the pan tho! Then I made a tuna casserole in it later and it also turned out very well but it still sticks like any other pan. Healthier and better cooking than aluminum tho! and MADE IN USA!!

Best Cooking Pan
I've been using enamelware for decades and love cooking in these pans. They're easy to clean if you grease them well before cooking.

Not nonstick. Very lightweight. Baked goods bottoms burn.
I was excited to purchase this producta! It is made in the USA and made of non-stick, non-toxic ceramic. But, when I received it, I was confused and disappointed. The product is much lighter weight than I thought it would be. It also is not non-stick. The first thing I made in it was a personal-sized pizza. I put cornmeal in the pan, put the dough on top and proceeded as usual. When I took the pan out of the oven, I tried to tip/slide it out onto a cutting board. It was stuck. I grabbed my super thin silicone spatula to lift it out. So stuck I couldn't get under the edge. I had to let the pizza and pan cool entirely and cut out the pizza with my plastic lettuce knife! What a pain to clean that pan...I had to overnight soak and wash twice before it was clean! Meanwhile, the pizza I made on a USA pan with the same method, crust, etc. slid of the pan just fine. I gave this pan another chance at Thanksgiving time. I put whole sweet potatoes in it to roast thinking the nonstick should make any of that sticky oozing easy to clean. I even rubbed the pan with a little coconut oil, just to give it the benefit of the doubt. Nope. Let the soaking ensue. Finally, I used it again to cook up a few rolls that didn't fit in my bigger ceramic baker. The bottoms burned and, while they didn't stick impossibly, I still had to encourage them to leave the pan. I'm glad this pan wasn't expensive...but I do wish I hadn't purchased it.

Not an ideal surface for cooking
I don't like cooking with plastic, aluminum and other harmful surfaces. So I look for baking tools that won't taint my food with harmful ingredients. The product description sounded great, and I do believe it is safe. However food tends to burn instead of brown, and the oils in the food harden on the surface: impossible to remove, continues to build-up, and affects the browning and flavor of subsequent items.

Good Pan
Totally happy with this. Perfect for the butterscotch brownie recipe my mom left for me. Too good not to share. When it's baking, it smell like Heaven must smell.1/3 cup butter1 cup dark brown sugar1 egg1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup flour1 teaspoon baking POWDER1/2 teaspoon vanillaoptional: 1/2 cup chopped nutsMelt butter, add other ingredients, and spread in buttered 8 x 8 inch pan (this round one is just the right size, too). Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.TRY to cool a little before cutting. (I can never wait)

Easy to clean, Thickness, and Sturdiness
I bought this pan because I love how they cook evenly and they remind me of my mom's cookware or as we say grandma's pan. The pan is easy to clean, great thickness and is sturdy.

The round cake pan to have!!!
This pan is awesome!!! I’ve made about 14 cakes with it since it arrived, which was also very quick. I lightly butter it but absolutely nothing sticks to it and clean up is with no effort. I highly recommend this pan.

Actually Dishwasher Safe
I really like this pan so far and it has held up really well in the dishwasher. Other non stick pans that I purchased that claimed to be dishwasher safe would always at some point start to rust; this hasn't! My only qualm is i wish I had purchased a larger one!

Avoid: Coating applied poorly, will not last
Very bad coating application, likely to fail on the first use.I bought two of the 8" round pans and both have the same problems. The inside is uneven and some of the bumps look to be air pockets. On back side there is four very rough craters (likely where the coating was injected, as they are in the same spot on both pans), the centers of which the coating is thin enough to see the metal.
