It's easy and the minty taste is pretty good. I've been taking it for about a year now (I only take ~0.1 mL/day), and it's raised my vitamin D to normal levels, so my doctor and I are both happy. It does sometimes make my throat feel dry/scratchy, but that's minor and it goes away quickly, especially if I drink some water. The dropper doesn't go all the way down to the bottom of the bottle, but it looks like I'll be able to get almost all of it out by tilting it. Overall, I'm happy with it and would recommend it!

Ordered this on a whim. Was about to order a different brand- went with this 'cause it was cheaper. Not sorry I did. Taste is refreshing. I have been using this just a few days, so to early for me to comment if I feel it is fulfilling up to its' potential. I go by the directions and hold liquid under my tongue for 30 seconds. I have been feeling pretty good these couple of days, energy seems good, I woke up drooling this morning.. something I have never done.. LOL so this must be absorbing into my body quite well. I like that the quality of this product is as natural as the other brand I had intended to buy. More bang for my buck which is absolutely wonderful.

Best Vitamin D3 & K2 supplement that actually made my low vitamin D3 level go from 30 to 90 in 3 months and I have tried countless other brands that just did not raise my vitamin D3 level. My doctor was thrilled.

Don't taste great

Buy it. The minty flavour is perfect if you're icky about oil taste. Dropper allows you to measure the preferred quantity. The combination of D3 K2 is perfect.

I love this product! My doctor recommended that I boost my Vitamin D intake to well above the average intake of 400 mg to 10-15,000 mg.I lilve in Portland and have a vitamin D production problem as a part of an illness. This supplement was so easy to take. Just a large dropper full and I met my daily requirements. The liquid is faster absorbing that pills and is more gentle of the GI track. It has a nice peppermint flavor. Not to strong either.The price is very reasonable for the product and it’s lasted more than a few months so far. I’m planning to buy it again and just set it up for routine delivery.I highly recommend this product if you require higher levels of Vitamin D.5 stars

Easy to take, does what it's suppose to do. My vitamin D was low, and I have been taking this for 2 years, and it works!!
