Q: Am I the only one who is having issues when I weed this product? I have used many brands but this one doesn’t want to stick to the wax paper

No, I had problems also thats why I switched products.

Q: On the silhouette cameo 3 is this just 1 pass?

I only have a Cricut and I always use the vinyl+ setting. I don’t know how that corresponds with Silhouette.

Q: is this a peel off paper on the back material ?

Yes, there is slick paper underneath that should be peeled off/from for most applications.
