Installed these LED trim lights on my Mazda MX-5. The method to install them is really easy but i took my time to install it neatly and securely. They go fairly well into the crevices of the dashboard. To install the trim around the center console I adhered the lights to the carpeting with velcro adhesive. That worked like a charm and provided a clean and secure install. I also used some clear command hooks to secure some parts as well.Although it would look even cooler with them installed on the doors, I didn't want to install it with the wires exposed when the doors are open. There might be a technique to install it more cleanly but I think the lights are bright enough that it reflects off of the doors already. Even though these are only trim lights, they are bright enough to also serve as wheelwell lights.While installing them in my garage with the lights on, the lights didn't seem that bright. I didn't expect them to be nearly as bright as those interior LED strip light kits. But at night I was surprised they were pretty bright and I was happy with the way they looked. I might need to tone down the brightness even to reduce any glare on the windshield. There was plenty of fiber to cover my car.I like how the lights have so many options of colors, brightness, and light sequences. It can be controlled by the included RF remote as well as from an app on your phone. Both work really well.The only thing i didn't like was how the lights always turn on by default whenever you start the car. I'd have to press the off button on the remote each time. I wish it would remember the last on/off setting or always default to off whenever you start the car. To me it doesn't make sense to have them on during the day and I didn't want them on all the time at night either. I reached out to the seller and he said they are designed to always turn on by default. The seller did work with me and went above and beyond by suggesting using a cigarette adapter with separate power buttons that would allow me to turn off/on the socket. This certainly would work and allow me to keep the lights off whenever i start my car. The seller was very prompt in his responses and helped me out with the solution.I would recommend this product and seller.

For it to be a DIY project it came out better than expected. Looks so good at night, very easy to install on an infinity q50. I didn’t do my doors because I didn’t like all the cords hanging but if you know how to take your door off and install it that way go for it :)

It is an absolute pain in the ass. Nothing works like it should. You will have to cut everything to size and that isn't an issue nut the wire tube doesn't fit in the seams well and it looks horrible. Don't buy. Plain and simple. You get what you pay for.

One light source flashes only blue due to some damaged wires but overall very happy super bright the colors are bright as well comes with remote was super easy to put in if your just careful with the fiber optic !! Sticks very well to the car love how they look at night super worth the money !!

Can only been seen at night so if u want this for daytime also I don’t recommend it

amazing product trial and error take a little time to install but it’s pretty easy once you get it watched a few tik toks and yt vids the set i got came with a lot of wires i cut them and only kept 1 with the light and just installed it like that and hid the wires and it looks professional and perfect no taken apart my doors just plug and play deps on your car tho

The media could not be loaded. Feels extremely sturdy. I owned one of the cheap ones before that had only a single light, and not only did it die after less than 6 months, the control box had a constant squealing noise.This unit on the other hand is dead silent. You can even put two lights on the ends of one strip. I wish I planned ahead enough to do this myself, but had already put adhesive in. Using two lights on the ends does boost the brightness a decent amount.

was easy installation, but the lights were not bright at all. the points where they start are bright but in the middle you could barely see them on. do not recommend.
