The cheap and affordable camera that a beginner can have is this ine. The video quality is not that bad. The camera can do all tge functions almost as you require.

Verry poor audio recording..
I tried video rwcording after receiving the i tem, and come to know the voice quality of video recording was very poor almost can't hear the audio even in a full volume while editing.Tried different settings but found no success..
