I was really on the fence about ordering this product because of the price point. However I was looking for high quality ingredients and since I tried one of their other products I thought I would give this a shot. I really had a hankering for a Mexican hot coffee drink, when I saw this in a tea flavor. Upon opening the bag I was not very impressed with the smell of the cocoa shells. I'm very familiar with Coco shell since my father used to always use them in our garden. Nevertheless I thought I'd give it a try. First I transferred my tea into a mason jar for freshness I find these bags although they are very thick I have trouble opening and closing them. I used 212°F hot water and allowed the tea to steep in My cup with a cover for a total of 15 minutes. I used one heaping teaspoon for 12 oz of water. The results was the yummiest tasting chocolate tea I've ever had in my life! There's just a very light touch of pepper that will hit the back of your throat, I cannot say that it stays in the mouth it stays more in the back of your tongue. Comforting chocolatey delicious goodness. The color looks like a nice deep rich chai color, and it smells just as good as it tastes once it's brewed. This is definitely a favorite of mine I only wish that the price point was down a little bit. If you're interested in a truly chocolatey tea with a touch of spiciness I highly recommend this blend. There's plenty of tea to make it through an entire month if you have one to two glasses everyday. For those who love a chai tea with a bit of mexican chocolate I highly recommend this.

This tea is actually really good, I've tried the sampler packs and got a large box of samplers for a tea party I hosted at our church. Everyone liked them, including my mom who's a tea addict! When I run low I'll be buying more

The loose tea package arrived intact, sealed. The product is clearly fresh and brewed up well. But this flavor is NOT for me. It smells just slightly off, like something is bad or soured or I don't know, spoiled? I hoped that was just the smell, but it tastes just like it smells, unfortunately. I like all the individual ingredients, so I was excited to try this. I'm not sure which component is making it taste off, but I couldn't get more than a couple of sips down.I'm sure this isn't a problem with the product itself, but rather it is just not a flavor I enjoy.

The smell of this tea hit my nose as soon as I opened the bag. The colors of the tea are vibrant and the taste is worth writing home about. The fruity aroma and taste have made me a daily tea drinker. I've become obsessed with this tea and how it soothes my very soul. The sugar content is low and it keeps a perfect temperature in it beautifully sealed tin container which functions nicely with its gold claps. The tin can along is worth having. The organic contents will keep me coming back for more. Most of all, the price is lower than most stores. My new favorite tea.

Perfect containers for loose leaf tea. Love the flavor. I do have to say if you let it sit longer the stronger the flavor will be. It's worth the price and can be gifted to other tea lovers.

The tea is good but I thought that I would taste more of the spices than I did. The color was nice and it brewed well. I brewed it with one part oat milk and one part water and added a bit of honey for sweetness
