These mounts did exactly what I needed

No instructions, no box, looks like it had been rewrapped and sold again (something that should be made clear before purchase) and the dome piece that’s supposed to fit into the end of the curved arm would not fit properly. I only managed to get one screw in place and only a part of the way in. It should hold ok, but that needs to be fixed. I would need a metal grinding tool to adjust the arm opening in order for this to assemble properly. Photo shows that the hole on this side is not accessible for the screw.

This extendable CCTV arm did not come with any assembly instructions, neither pictorial or written. Although you might think that this bit of kit seems pretty self explanatory and should not require them, they would have come in handy as I was sat trying to figure out why I could not put a square peg in a round hole. I finally realized that the end of the arm that was meant to insert into the base unit (wall bracket) had been squashed either at the manufacturers or during transit. This rendered the whole unit useless.

Good product but required customization to work with unifi dome cameras

How do you extend the extensible arm from the base rod ?Mine seems to be stuckHow do you screw in the base rod to the unit that screws into the wall ?The base has a screw threaded hole. The rod has a plastic gasket.This may be a good product. But if it cannot be assembled then it is a useless horrible time wasting low quality no documentation product.Unfortunately I cannot select ZERO stars.
