Good product but poor description
The product itself is good but we only gave it 4 stars out of 5 as neither the product description online nor the picture explained that it is supplied in a dropper bottle. Although we wanted it to be supplied in a dropper bottle, this is important information for the purchaser and it is careless of the supplier not to mention it especially for an online sale. It also shows a lack of customer focus by Amazon that it does not require its sellers to describe products properly.

Unfortunately very weak in aroma and effect
Despite being stated to be a pure, unadulterated essential oil, the aroma from this product is very weak and distinctly different to an equivalent product which I bought from another French brand. The effect on the skin is also very mild by comparison and seems to require a greater quantity to be applied for the same effect. Eight months on from purchasing and the smell and effect of the oil hasn't weakened at all, though the oil which I compared it with is now past it's expiry date and is still seems far stronger. To be completely fair, it is possible that the product was kept in an environment during shipping that may have negatively affected the quality in this way. I'm just not sure that it's worth buying another bottle just to be disappointed again though.

Spiders don’t like it.
I put about a teaspoonful in a spray bottle with a pint of water and sprayed it around the bathroom window. I kept the rest next to my bed. I saw a horrible hairy spider in the corner of my ceiling. Sprayed in front of it and it reversed along the ceiling. I kept spraying until it left my room. Success!

An essential oil is a product to be used with care. Always consult a doctor if you have any doubts about the use of an essential oil or if you are taking medication at the same time. Use not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 6, people with epilepsy or asthma. Do not apply the essential oil near / in the mucous membranes (eyes, ears, nose etc.). Always perform the allergic test before using an essential oil: apply 2 drops to the crook of the elbow and wait 48 hours. Respect the precautions for use, the routes of use, the prescribed doses and the durations of use.
