Power backup
Product is really good. I have been is using it from last 1 month. I tested it on the first use itself after charging it for 6 hours, it’s giving me a power backup of almost 4 hours. Some points to note.1. Before purchasing this, please verify if your router is 9v or 12v. Because if you use 12v in a 9v router it will damage it in long run.2. After purchasing it put it in charge for 6 hours for good power backup.

Battery lasts only 15 minutes — not worth itI bought this expecting at least an hour of backup as advertised, but the battery dies in just 10–15 minutes. Fully charged as per instructions, still the same issue. Disappointed with the performance — not reliable during power cuts. Wouldn't recommend.

Good product and customer support
It's a good product and excellent battery life and recently it stopped working for me. I have contacted customer service of oaktar and the executive supported me they have initiated a replacement.

12V out put UPS
I purchased wifi mini ups for â‚ą1299. I need 12V out put to sustain un iterrupted power supply. 9V out put not able sustain the load. It was replaced but again i got 9V out put ups. Cost of both the ups is same . Reqest please replace it again with 12 V out put mini ups.
