The output leads are 44cm long. No input lead as you have to provide the power supply or use your existing one if suitable.

Q: will it power back up a BT modem and bt hub at the same time?

No, this version has one 12V and one 9V port. The other issue is that the BT Home-hub had an odd connection which is not a standard, I ended up buying a new power supply, cutting the cable and soldering a cable up. It’s a BT issue, the cables fit most other brands perfectly. On a positive it works brilliantly powering the one device.

Q: Will this power a laptop

I think it might not be the best thing for a laptop although theoretically it could be attached (possibly needing an adapter) and matched (possibly needing to be stepped up or down) with the voltage needed for the laptop. I bought it to use with the router, should the power go down, so that was the only thing I researched.
