Q: I was doing a water change and forgot to unplug the filter. The water level got below the suction tube and now it won't start back up. How can I fix?

Fill the water back up over suction tube by pouring water thru the filter I find this helpful.Im not an expert just what works for me

Q: Is the motor on the bottom in the back of the tank?

After removing the pipe, the bottom water pump can be taken out for maintenance by rotating 90 degrees.

Q: Does it come with filters in it already? Or do i have to purchase separately?
