Glitzhome 13.25" H Wooden Bird House Hanging Church Birdhouse for Outside

I love this birdhouse so much I coated it with a sealant to keep it new. I still have not put it outside yet as I don't want it to get ruined. It is well made. Sturdy. Detail in the roof and front plus the metal emblem around the hole make this birdhouse a delight. It has a clean-out also, which is a must for any birdhouse you truly intend to use.

The color is not as pictured which is supposed to be white. I will be returning it for that reason alone. Design and quality is very bice.

Well made and sturdy, but it does not have an antique finish. You'll have to use some sandpaper to get the vintage look shown in the pictures.

The house wren took one look, and fell for it right away! Started building the nest in it. Only thing is I removed the feeding platform because the metal construction of the feeder was a bit flimsy, rusty ( I guess it was on purpose...) And I felt not safe for the wrens..Also not good idea to have a feeding platform attached to the birdhouse It might invite other aggressive birds and disrupt or spook the parents or baby wrens in the nest. Very pretty wood construction house. And easy to clean but the back door was not built to be strong and opens too easily so I put duct tape to secure it.I I like the little opening under the back door for fresh air ( hoping once nest is built neither the tiny eggs nor the babies will fall out thru it...Recommend.

This house was a perfect replacement for our old church birdhouse!
