Worst product I have ever bought. My watch stopped working properly only after using it for a month. It started misbehaving. Will not recommend it atl all. Totally a waste of money

The product image is good, but very weak battery not long lasting for 14 days as said in watch description, not even stands for 2hrs such watch has been sent by Amazon & now a days Amazon supplies bad quality products this product is worst Amazon is cheating replacement time is over, now it’s waste of 4000/-rupees, am a regular customer of Amazon. I needed a pocket friendly watch for my active time in the morning - something that I would use for about 60 mins a day, 6 days a week. Plus maybe sleep tracking. I already have a premium smartwatch - and did not need something for all day wear.Here are the good parts:- Looks good & the interface + app are of a decent quality.- There is substantial functionality and if all works well, it would be a great product.But alas:- Heart Rate & BP measurement are a lottery - once in 5 times a result will display, and not always accurate.- Music controls don't stay easily accessible when using - if you want to monitor progress & be able to control music its a pain especially if you are running.- Call controls are needed - to be fair the product info said that these are missing but come on its 2021. And ultimately its a software upgrade.Credit where due - this is a decent product for my requirement. However, my advice - if you are looking for a really basic device for limited utility then go for it. Otherwise spend a few more bucks and get one with a better UI & functionality.

Hello Supplier,This is the second watch of the same model that I have brought through amazon. However, both started having an issue with charging and the chargers within a couple of months. Request that you help me resolve this issue with a new charger or replacement as the product is great, and I would like to continue with it rather than move to another brand.

Like the look and the belt but the display is very small and not working properly with the app. The steps counts are very much high than the actual count. Battery life is 7 days instead of 14 days described in the features on normal usage. battery life is not displayed hence cannot know the battery power remaining to recharge.
