Time Management (The Brian Tracy Success Library)

Brian Tracy is phenomenal, a classic, a master. The book is easily read because it’s so well written. Each page contains a genuine tip or strategy to use and sort of “wise sayings” that motivate you to action . Over the years I’ve listened to the audio of this several times and now purchased the book to refresh myself. After three chapters I picked up two strategies that increased my productivity quite noticeably. More so, by increasing my competence with my time, I find my stress better managed and a sense of peace developing. Most highly recommended.

I lost count, but I must own 80% of the books Mr. Tracy has published on the subject.If you ever run across anyone who asks who Brian Tracy is (yes, those people still do exist), or needs to know quickly and easily how to manage their time, and why (those people actually still exist, too), then just refer them to this book.If you haven't already read Time Power: A Proven System for Getting More Done in Less Time Than You Ever Thought Possible, this new book is quite possibly the absolute best distillation and refinement of everything he has written in his 30+ years of being the World's #1 Expert on Time Management, with no exaggeration.While his other books may go a bit further into detail, as to how these ideas fit your exact situation, this book is an excellent summation of the subject. As Tracy says, 'You will become more' productive, more organized, more accomplished, and live a more fulfilled life... not because you lived a few years, but because you put more life into those years.And the best part about this book? He has actually condensed some of the best research on the subject and made it available to everyone, for under $10.This book is enough. Everyone with a basic knowledge of English can read it, and everyone can benefit from it in someway in his/her life.

I was particularly put off by his assertion that you cannot learn anything from professors and people steeped in research. Practitioners can tell Great War stories, and as long as you are just like them, same industry, with the same personality profile, you can take their gameplay and execute it. But, if not, knowing how they accomplished something does not insure that you can do the same.Good rudimentary book. If it was not fast and easy to read I would not have given it four stars, but I got enough out of it to make it worth the few hours it took to read.

Brian Tracy doesn't waste your time with the unimportant or unecessary stories that tend to fill business productivity books such as these. He presents all his points with clear, actionable headings and short sections that allows you to skim efficiently, take what you need and out the book down so you can implement it. Perfect kinda book to give a college grad or new employee to get them in a productive mindset.

This book is great because it has a lot of practical tips. It's focus is mainly on improving time management at work and in career related areas but they are also applicable to personal life.As someone who jas struggled with time management, I think this is a great read.

This is a very short book but it is filled with good practical advice on how people can become better time managers. I agree with another review that Brian went straight to the point in every single page of the book without wasting time, practically living what he’s preaching.

This pamphlet gives a shotgun blast of different strategies and methods to manage time. I think its helpful to to take all that in and then decided the one or more that you'll dive into deeper and implement. If you're looking for that out of this book, I give it 4* (not 5* because most of the descriptions are very brief). If you're hoping for this book to give you a starting point for implementation, I'd rate this book 2* or 3*; almost certainly you'll need to buy or do more research to really have a good starting base. I'm rating it the average of this range.

Very good read for this interested in this genre and would like further information on this topic. The author expresses themselves very well throughout this literature. I would recommend this book to those who like to have a better understanding or those who already have an appreciation of this and would like to immerse themselves more on this topic. Highly recommend this book / author and seller. Shipping and handling arrived new and without defects and well presented packaging.
