It works! Just pull tab up firmly
The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately the photos of how to open the clip are not clear- but once u know what u r supposed to do, it is not complicated. Also we found that at the initial attempt to make the clip open as wide as possible, the clip is stiff and doesn’t cooperate readily. If yours does this, apply more force slowly but firmly.

Landyarn connect to my 2 hearing aides so I don't lose them when wearing them!
I had a fear of accidentally losing my 2 hearing aids when out & about & stopped wearing them; so my audiologist suggested I buy the landyarn with plastic grips to secure my 2 hearing aids, to catch them on the line if they fall out of my ears when I move my head.

Not secure
The grip loops don't hold on tight enough to the hearing aid and they slip off. Totally useless. True, the clip is also badly designed, but that is the least of the problems with this dud.

Does the job, not easy for old people to clip and not 100% secure
So this is for my 87 year old grandmother that has signia hearing aids, they fall out of her ear sometime and she doesn't notice and sometimes it's right into the trash can. As buying one of these is about 1000 times cheaper than buying new hearing aids, it's a solid investment. However, it could be better.First lets start with the color of the thread, it's very light, this isn't a deal breaker at all but i feel like most people that have one of these would like to hide the fact that they're wearing hearing and this being such a light color really doesn't help. Again, not a deal breaker at all but something to consider. Now lets get to the little loops, they work and attach snugly, they're a lot better than nothing, but they're not exactly 100% secure, it hasn't happened to her but they can potentially slip off, anyone who says that they're perfectly secure is lying. They can interfere with the fit of the hearing aid if they're not aligned properly, they can bump the hearing aid button extremely easy when putting them on, changing the hearing settings if you have that as an option sset. This isn't exactly the end of the world because overall having this is better than nothing. The clip is actually very secure and brilliantly made...if it wasn't for the fact that one of the core demographics of hearing aids probably has arthritis, vision problems, and possibly unable to understand it. The clip attached actually took me 30 seconds to figure out, it's clear, small, and you pull it apart to open it, and it has like 2 width to expand to, a bit hard to explain. This is very hard for my grandmother to open, so hard that she can't so i don't even bother attaching it to her shirt because there's really no way she'd be able to get it off. This is a bit of failing through success for the product and if you don't have vision/arthritis/memory issues then this will only be helpful for you.So overall i'd recommend this to literally anyone that has issues with their hearing aid coming out because it's a much better experience than having to look around for hearing aids, it's just a shame that signia doesn't make their own well made clips.

They Work Well
Works well is that it prevents loss of the hearing aids.

Rafting!
Used on a 6 day white water rafting trip in Idaho. Worked great. Clips held very well and i was able to hear while rafting without fear of losing my aides. Didn't take a rough spill, but not sure anything would survive that!

Holds hearing aides in place in case of falling out.
These work great for keeping my handicapped daughters hearing aides close to her body in case she loses one out of her ear.

The Clip that attaches the Otoclip will not open.
Despite a half hour of struggling and even after trying to open the clip by using a screwdriver to wedge it open it hardly budged. Clipping this device to your clothing is impossible.
