AT LAST - a quality pillow manufacturer who understands that sometimes and for some people LESS is MORE.If you have a difficult neck like mine - having WAY too much stuffing in the pillow results in far too much lift of the head - and the result is a cricked neck, pain, and bad sleep. The obvious solution would be to take 30% of the stuffing OUT! Yet most pillow manufacturers seem to erroneously imagine that if the customer has paid more then they must give them far more stuff.... NO, Mr manufacturer! I know you are trying to be helpful, but please STOP right there!What I needed was the ability to have LESS! Result- Lower pillow - no neck pain - sound sleep!Believe it or not it took me SIX goes to find this pillow - I bought two from Amazon, one from another online vendor and two in a very posh shop which I wont mention, but which apparently specialises in back and neck care. This little baby was actually the second cheapest pillow i bought - but it is BRILLIANT and I am now almost crying with the relief of FINALLY getting a decent nights sleep after a year in bedding hell!The pillow comes with a zip closure allowing removal or addition of stuffing. It also comes with a very generous amount of extra - so if you are one of those strange folks who likes their neck to be lifted by six or more inches then after adding the extra you have your wish! As for me I'm similarly relieved to be able to lower the pillow a bit.Needless to say this is very well made, and the filling has no strong smell - so all good - and it gets my very strongest possible recommend! If I could I'd give it TEN stars - that's how happy I am to have finally found this!

I am a serial pillow turner, because my old pillows get hot or go flat - I owned a solid memory foam and a standard one sleeping on one or the other. I did alot of research before buying this and almost went for the most expensive one on the market, but couldn't justify £100 on a pillow that got mediocre reviews, so I compromised and went for this one. Such a good decision. It took 2 nights to get the height right, but it's easy to customise and by the third night I had it exactly right. The pillow is really comfy, excellent quality and the best thing is that it doesn't go flat or get hot. I would highly recommend and am genuinely reviewing as a purchaser (was not given pillow to review). Also I get asthma and this pillow has not triggered it.

I seem to have spent most of my life on a search for the ideal pillow with little success. I want something that is supportive but still comfortable. I have back and neck pain so I need something that doesn’t aggravate that. Also I need something that is cooling, as I am a woman of a certain age, and my head temperature can go from normal to feeling like a furnace in seconds! I spend far too long turning the pillow over trying to find a cool spot and in the end giving up and getting out of bed. My sleep pattern is appalling and I just want something to help.This pillow is different from others that I have tried in that it has an adjustable loft. I had seen pillows like this before in my search but thought they may possibly be a bit of a gimmick, however, I see there are no more and more on the market so there must be I thought this was definitely worth investigating and this one has some really good reviews. I like that it contains gel infused shredded memory foam as this should be more cooling. When the pillow arrived it was vacuum sealed and quickly inflated to the proper size when I opened the packaging. Also included is a bag of shredded memory foam so you can add this if you want to. As this was new to me, I immediately thought I would want to add all of it but I didn’t realise this was a mistake. I ended up taking out all of the memory foam that I put in and then a bit more too. The problem I found was that my standard M&S pillowcase seemed to construct the pillow making it uncomfortable. I eventually got it to the amount that was comfortable and I left the flap of the pillowcase untucked as that made it less constricted. All of this sounds a bit of a faff and, to be honest, it was but I now have the pillow how I want it.After all the faffing, I found the pillow to be really comfortable. It didn’t aggravate my back or neck as new pillows often do. So far I have found it very cooling and even though I have turned the pillow to find a cooler area it’s easy to do as the heat doesn’t transfer from one side to the other. To be fair, it is not the height of summer so that will be the real test but so far temperature wise and comfort wise it has worked really well.I wish I had tried this pillow sooner as I am definitely impressed by it. It seems well-made and I don’t have to worry about it going flat as I have a lot more foam to add when that happens! I wouldn’t say it’s a cheap pillow but I would say it’s worth getting if you have struggled to find a pillow as this is surprisingly really good.

Finally a memory foam pillow that is actually comfortable. I cannot tell you how many pillows of all different types I have bought over the past four years. Pretty much thrown them all out. With constant neck pain I was looking for a pillow that was supportive would bounceback but was not too firm. This one is perfect. It sinks to my head but supports at the same time. It is not too firm some I have bought were rockhard. I liked the fact it also came with an extra bag of memory form so that you can add it to make it firmer if you need to. I did not add any it is a very full comfortable supportive yet when I lay my head on it I sink in just enough To feel so comfortable. I finally found the perfect pillow. I ordered a second one. One fact you need to buy a slightly larger pillowcase if you would like to use an additional case for washing purposes. Although not necessary as it does come with a removable outer case and an inner case. PERFECT FINALLY

I had high hopes for this pillow & cases. The cases are not soft at all, the material was quite harsh on my face.The pillow itself is not cooling in any way shape or form, nor was it solid despite adding the added foam. My head was roasting and I kept having to turn it during the night. All I got was a restless few nights sleep and a neck ache and ended up using my old one again. I would not recommend this pillow.

Initially I felt this pillow was the best. A few weeks in it feels lumpy and dies not keep my head cool as stated. I’ve adjusted the amount of the stuffing a few times. No joy
