I was happy to find out the box looks like the ad on Amazon. I got the blue one, looks like it is handmade and the color is great. I would recommend to anyone that could use a great looking, sturdy wooden box.

If your looking at this one and another blue one from another vendor and this one costs more but the blue looks nicer and the box nicer? They are the same 👍🏻

Beautiful trinket box. Unlike other reviews I saw I didn't have any issues with any sort of chemical smell. Would absolutely give as a gift, but the one I bought is for me 😊

Beautiful, but strong chemical smell.
I bought this box as a treasure box for my seven year old granddaughter. I almost didn’t give it to her because of the strong oil-based paint or varnish smell. It is beautifully crafted, but be aware of the smell. I expect her mother politely put it away in hopes of the chemical smell eventually dissipating.

Handcrafted treasure
This lovely gift was a handcrafted Tree of Life box in loving memory of a dear Papa and brother. Gift given to an adorable teenager who will miss these individuals daily, but reminded of them as she places her treasures in the box.

The color on this is brighter than I realized but that doesn’t mean bad and it doesn’t deserve less stars. It’s perfect in my bathroom - I have additional bars of soap in it. I just love it. Sturdy little wooden carved decorative box. If I don’t want the soaps on it I can really use it for anything. Very well made! I would buy again
