Great tool
My husband loves this - very easy to use and does the job. It's compact and you can go as light or heavy as you want to work out and it's versatile!

Concept is good, but…
Even on a single strap setting, the tension is too high when trying to exercise with this device. You must be a gorilla to use three straps aside.

Too hard. Hurt my wrists.
I'm 6'5" tall and much of my height is in my legs. This means the bands are stretched a long ways before I even begin to exercise with this. So it didn't strengthen my wrists, it hurt my wrists. It is not adjustable for people with longer legs making the device impractical and a waste of money for me. (And yes I was only using two bands.)
