I have stomach issues, but still like the boost of a little caffeine. These provide consistent, controlled, smooth energy. I usually just take one pill a day emptied into a smoothie, which is less than a lot of energy drinks. Two if it's going to be a long, demanding day. Super great for travel, camping, etc, so you don't *have* to worry about having to get, bring, or make drinks. I have played with making cold brew, and adding L-theanine or buying special coffees, but this is easy and convenient.

This is a reorder of caffeine and L theanine. I never get any hyper or jerky feeling with it. It is super mild.

This form of caffeine feels SO much better than other caffeine tablets I have tried before which made me anxious and were not pleasant.I highly recommend this to anyone seeking to stop drinking energy drinks because the calming effect of the L-Theanine really helps add to the functionality of the focus and energy it gives you.No jitters and the 100mg dosage is perfect.So happy I can have a better alternative to regular forms of caffeine because I energy drinks and coffee are much too acidic for me -very happy with this purchase!

The L-Theanine is a bit stronger than I would personally like but a good product

Excellent. I am a big biohacker type, have tried many things.Caffeine pills didn't do it before, too jittery & too high dose. 100mg L-theanine makes it completely smooth, no jitters.I just magically get a kick to get out of bed and get rolling, and it feels good in the chest somehow? Hard to explain, but good feeling and better way to start the day.Even if you use other stimulants, it helps to kickstart the day so you gain precious time early in the morning.

I’ve stopped drinking energy drinks and coffee, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and I’m on boost all day, mood, energy, I also combine it with good sleep, gym, diet, vitamin B complex and water and I’m literally functioning at 100% every day. This is my supplement for life now, wow what a combination of two L and Caffeine and it does magic to me

I am new to caffeine pills. I purchased my first set of caffeine pills from a different company on amazon and liked them well enough but I wanted to try a caffeine pill with l-theanine. I have been using these for 2 months and think that I have given it a good shot for an honest review.Though I don't know all the benefits of L-Theanine, what I do know is that it helps to feel less anxious and more relaxed. I definitely need that and I feel that. Coworkers have commented that I don't look stressed (even if I am internally). I am not as bothered as I typically would be.I am an RN, have 4 kids, and i typically rely on caffeine to make it through the day. I am drinking less coffee because of these caffeine pills. I take one at 5:30AM before my shift with my vitamins and then I head to work. During my lunch break I take another pill and I am set for my 12 hour shift. I am drinking more water, don't feel sluggish, am not jittery, and sleep well at night. I was nervous about trying caffeine pills - fear that I would get addicted or just the concept of taking pills for energy was weird...but my fears are abated. I am energized and don't take the pills on my days off from work, so not addicting.

This may work fine for some people, but I was noticing that I wasn't getting any real wakefulness from them, and was sometimes even more likely to doze off after taking 200mg. I dug into L-Thiamine and discovered it can have a pretty serious drowsiness side effect for people who have sleep issues like sleep apnea. I'm not a doctor, so take that with a BIG grain of salt - I'm sure it affects different people differently. It just wasn't working to help keep me awake through the afternoon slump.
