Weight
It's a great product for what I needed it for. Although I have noticed that it may not be designed to hold a phone over a desk for long periods of time as I see that overtime, but slowly it moves downward.Other than that, with a webcam on it. Sits perfectly and in place!

Do not buy
The arm is not strong enough to support the weight of a galaxy S9 phone. A very small, lightweight phone. This product is garbage and I’m going to try and return it.

Flimsy, but OK
It... works. The frame really doesn't support weight well, but it works enough for what I need.

Good but not perfect
This arm mostly does what I needed it to do. It allows me to position my camera anywhere I need it and it snaps onto the side of my desk which clears up a lot of room. The problem is, while the camera is secure on it, it easily tilts and there's no way to stop this. So I have to readjust it constantly. Not a deal breaker but it is something that should be noted.
