الأحرف صغيرة على كبار السن
اشتريت الهاتف لوالدي على اعتبار سيغير هاتفه القديم من شركة الكاتل الفرنسية لكن كان هذا الهاتف بديل سيء بسبب صغر الشاشة وعدم وضوح الأحرف، وبرنامج تشغيل الهاتف موجود على هواتف شبيهة منها نوكيا، لكنها جميعًا تفتقر لمميزات هاتف الكاتل المخصص لكبار السن مع انه قديم ويفتقر لبعض التطبيقات الحديثة كالواتساب، واصبح غير متوفر في الاسواق للأسف لذلك بحثت عن بدائل دون نجاح يذكر حتى الآن..
