ive tried a few memory foam pillows in various designs recently and this is my favourite. really soft and a good amount of 'sink' when using. only issue is that its not very thick, so due to my sleeping on my side and having broad shoulders, I do require a pillow beneath it to raise it up. I toss and turn while sleeping but due to the shape I am always guided back to the optimal sleeping area no matter which side im sleeping on.pillow will fit into a standard pillow case.

I admit to being the person who rolls around in bed, falls out, star fishes and probably does more movement through the night than I do during the day.This pillow is very firm and has a weird shape with built up sides, its comfortable if you lay flat on your back or just on one side without moving, unfortunately as per my sentence above I move around a lot. I found it uncomfortable with the built up sides sticking in me and because it was so firm I couldnt seem to find the best spot or have any manoeuvrability of the padding like on a normal pillow.I tried it for 3 nights and confirmed it most definitely isnt for me.I gave to my mum who sleeps like the dead and doesnt move all night and she thinks its fantastic and the best pillow ever so I guess it's great for that kind of sleeper.
