If you’re on the fence, just do it!
I seriously almost paid an HVAC person a few hundred dollars. And this product save me so much money.Moved into a new house and after turning the furnace on, I could hear the super loud irritating sound from an entire floor above the furnace room. I assessed that it was the pump that was going out and I ordered this on Amazon, then crossed my fingers. After a quick YouTube of how to replace it. I honestly had this fixed in about 15 minutes and the old one removed/the new one installed.Pro:Super quietSo easy to installSeems to be the same quality as the one that was professionally installed beforeThe pump works much smoother than my previous oneI don’t see any drips and water retention seems to work wonderfullyCon:I think I wish it came with a couple zip ties to re-fasten the plug plug-in/water outlet pipe.I wish it came with another plug to cover the holes that are not used on the top just to keep more bugs and dust out of the pumpHonestly, a really great product for a great price! This thing saved me like $350 versus hiring an HVAC person to come swap it out…

Perfect replacement for a 20-year pump
My house is nearly 20-years old and I had water puddling in the basement. This pump is the exact same model used when my house was orginally built. The dimensions, inlet and outlet locations and mount screws matched perfectly and solved my heating system condensate problem. No more basement water!

make sure you re-attach the drain hose to the unit.
easy install, plug it in an go. fill with water after install, to make sure the unit drains as it should, and it did. furnace owner was happy.

Well made
Had trouble with a competitor's product that I bought at the local home center. Gave up on them and got this online. Beefier, more robust construction. Has been doing its thing without issue now for months.

Great product not the same as the old style had to redo piping to the unit
Worked great other than being different the same product of same part number I previously owned ou tire is a little misleading otherwise great product of starting from scratch

Needs Pan
Worked perfectly --- however to comply with IMC building code should have the option for an emergency pan sized for the pump

Well built, quiet, fast
Solid built, looks nice and quiet. The pump has to pump up 12’ and then another 30’ to dump outside. Takes about 30 seconds to empty reservoir quickly and quietly. Works great and worth the cost

How to hardwire/great product so far
So far so good, installed today. Just FYI, if you're installing yourself and you have to hardwire it, the BLUE wire is the common and the BROWN wire is the hot and then green/yellow for ground of course. This specific one has a plug, the directions don't show you how to hard wire it. I cut the plug off and wired it into the circuit. All works great!
