Martin/ F. Weber Bob Ross Number10 Standard Painting Knife

I am a beginner oil painter. I have a few painting knives and this one is nice. It is a plus to have knives that are flexible or ones that are stiff for different painting techniques. This is a great addition to my supplies.

Yeah, he had THAT much of a soothing affect on one, just hearing good 'ol Bob speak! He has 2 seasons of Joy of Painting on Netflix to anyone whom may be interested in seeing, learning, or simply just listening - getting yourself that Demerol fix! Lol! FYI: He is also on YouTube. Bob, I KNOW you're painting beautiful pictures in Heaven for Jesus right now! And you probably have all the angels mesmerized with just your soft-soothing voice alone-not to mention your incredible paintings! Yeah, you've even blown the angels away! We'll see you on the other side, Bob! Until then, continue making those 'Happy Accidents' up there & we will down here!

It said Bob Ross on it.. Only reason I bought it.. The quality is fine!

The edge on the #5 and #10 knives aren't straight. I had to run both of the knives over a piece of heavier grit sand paper about 30 or 40 times for each knife to make the edges straight. I'll also add that for the #5 and #10 knife, the metal wasn't even mounted into the handle properly. If you hold either one of the knives vertical you can see that the metal is mounted into the wood handle crooked. Your not making anything "Happy" with these knives straight out of the box. For the price you pay for Bob Ross signature products you should really get a good quality product, and these are really poor. And if your wondering why I gave a 5 star rating on all categories....... It's because I've found that if you write a bad review it goes to the bottom of the review list and you don't see it. So I gave 5 stars in all categories so it will go to the top of the review page. Otherwise I would give these items a fat ZERO !!!!

I've always loved Bob ross as a child growing up and not to long ago I found my passion for art . This painting knife is very strong and well built . A lot of the knifes you buy at your local art stores break easily or don't last long. It's better if you buy it online then at the store you save money. Did exactly what I needed to make mountains

I like how flexible this palette knife is and I like it's shape. It's firm but has some nice give to it (one I bought at store didn't have any flexibility). I also like the little edge on the top corner which is great for little detail areas.
