The feeder is pretty and I love that the birds can sit on the rim and eat. The roof of the birdfeeder overhangs so the birdseed does not get wet also. Birdfeeder is well built and sturdy and it's very easy to add more seed. A very popular bird feeder with birds in my yard!! ❤️.

Just an observation. I usually have both hands full with a scoop and seed bag or whatever, when refilling the feeder. I have to sit them down to use both hands to life the lid, as it 'clicks' into place on the rim of the bowl. I'm sure this is to make it more difficult for squirrels or raccoons to open the top, so I 'get-it.' Like I said, it's not really a complaint, just a little inconvenient to have to use both hands to lift the top. No biggie. Feeder is a great size, and holds quite a bit of food.(Update:) I witnessed a squirrel trying to open the lid yesterday and he never did manage it. He still hung onto it and ate what he could coming down from the top, but at least he didn't open it and dump the contents onto the ground. (Like usual...) ha! I saw another reviewer mention sunflower seeds getting stuck, but I haven't had that problem. I use a mix with black sunflower seeds, not the larger white-ish variety, so maybe that's the difference.

Easy to fill, clean and keeps food dry during the winter months. I like that the top just flips open and I don't have to take it down to refill. Birds and squirrels ☺ all love it.

Simple, and effective. Good for smaller birds. Too light for crows and other bigger birds, so they stay off it. Easy to re-fill and clean.

I like the easy access lid, it's very easy to fill with bird seed. It will be easy to clean, too. The birds ate all the seed in two days so I can say the birds approve as well!

This is the most sturdy plastic bird feeder I have ever had. The ease of filling it with a sturdy pop up lid that is hinged on the feeder is a wonderful addition. I have 5 different types of bird feeders in my yard, and this one is such a nice bird feeder for such a nice price! When I need a new feeder, I will buy this one for sure!

We have lots of birds in our rural setting and this was a good price for a nice looking feeder that is easy to fill and clean.

Nice bird feeder. Plastic but looks like copper but it won't corrode. Lightweight so it won't bend the pole. Great hinged lid for refilling. Metal cable for hanging securely. For small to medium sized birds. No crows. No squirrels.
