Cocoa is great. Don't get the "crap"pucino!
Review of cocoa 5 starsI've tried several products to get more protein in my diet. This one tastes pretty good, almost like regular cocoa and no funny aftertaste like some protein products.Review of cappuccino zero stars...we called it "crap"puccino. Both me & my spouse spit it out and poured it down the sink. Had to toss the package. My spouse is a human garbage disposal...he generally can consume most anything and usually will finish off what I don't. He took one sip and spit it out...so that says something!

Great Taste But Poor Packaging - Lost Product Twice Already.
I am still giving this a 5-star rating, because the product is good (taste, easy to mix with coffee or warm milk), but shipping is not. I have received the packages twice already, with busted chocolate inside. The last time I received it, one package was completely open, due to rough handling, poor packaging, etc, and an entire packet was wasted. Being that the product is quite expensive, one damaged package is a problem. I have since cancelled my subscription with this company and will find another one with better packaging.

Great taste and easy mix
Although a little on the pricey side, it’s worth it for when you are trying to stay on track and watching your sugar intake. The taste isn’t as chalky as some other brands I have purchased, which is why I have bought this brand several times. I have gluten issues and sugar issues - so this is a good product for those concerns.

I recently received my order of your protein hot chocolate, and I want to say how much I enjoy this product—it’s been a great help in my efforts to lose a few extra pounds.Unfortunately, one of the packets arrived with a hole in it, and most of the powder had spilled out. I tried to initiate a return, but it appears that returns aren’t available for this product.Could you please assist me with a replacement for the damaged packet or offer another solution? I’d appreciate your help.
