Mine didn't even come with the ball pit!

Q: What is the total weight of this?

The total weight of all the tents combined is less than 3.5 pounds. Its extremely light weight for how massive this playhouse is!

Q: What is the age limit on this?

There is no real age limit. We have customers purchase for their children that range from toddlers to even 13 year olds. It just depends if they are able to comfortable crawl through the tunnels and play in the tents.

Q: How do you fulfill the 6 month warranty?

Contacting the company by email. However the company does not uphold their 6 month warranty. They will initially tell you that they will be sending another item out to you, but then you will never receive any shipping information about the replacement that they are supposedly shipping out to you, even when you inquire about and ask for the shipping information for the replacement (just so you know when to expect it and what method of shipping that they are going to be using.). They also include a product card with the product stating that they will send you $5 for completing a review for them and even if you complete the review for them, you will NOT receive the $5. Its been ~8 weeks since I completed my review, including including my contact information requested by them to send me my $5 (via USPS) and again I still have yet to receive it. Very deceitful, deceptive company!
