Hello, At lower temperature the oil freezes as it’s a natural oil without any de freeze Just put the bottle in warm water and the bottle will defreeze in 10 min and ready to use Thanks

Due to the coconut oil, which solidifies in the USA at average room temperature, this product is usually a semi-solid gunk that would only mix if heated. I have mixed Bhringaraj w a few drops of lavender oil in a different product without coconut oil and it works ok w no poor effects.

Q: Is the consistency of this oil suppose to be like jelly or and actual oil ? Because my came in jelly like and it seems to have mold in it ?
