My back loves ComfiLife
Pulled my back needed some back relief. Searched Amazon and ordered this one. Now, lots of choices for back/lumbar support, but this one looked different. So, took a chance. Using it now. and it's been a great relief. The design cradles the back like a hug, the lumbar part supports the lower back up to the mid-range. The material used is soft but firm and doesn't collapse like the typical memory foam. There are different ways to use this for sleep as well. Do recommend ComfiLife.

Provides the support I need
I have an Aeron chair which is very nice. However the lumbar support that the chair provides is not adequate for me. It didn't matter that much to me until I started to WFH during the pandemic and now WFH a few days a week. I prefer more support in my upper back and have used a small pillow to provide that. It's gotten annoying for me since the pillow always falls down when I'm not sitting in the chair. When I return to sit, I need to reposition the pillow.I looked at the various lumbar support pillows on Amazon. This one caught my eye and looked exactly what I was looking for. It was reasonably priced compared to others, plus since it was available as a prime purchase, I could easily return it if it didn't work out. So far it's worked out well. The only issue I've had was the pillow moving around as I shifted in the chair. That's because the pillow is positioned toward the top end of the chair which is very wide and somewhat curved. The elastic straps want to reposition themselves to a lower point. To get around this, I taped the top straps of the pillow to the edge of the chair with strips of clear shipping tape. The strips are hardly noticeable and hold the straps in place. The pillow seems well made. Time will tell if it holds up. But it's good to know there's a lifetime replacement warranty on it.

Added support & comfort to low back
When my previous back support attachment to my desk chair broke, I needed a new one and found the ComfiLife Lumbar Support Back Pillow. I had debated whether to get a larger, full back coverage type, but am glad I chose this one as once it's placed correctly, it provides excellent support to the area that corrects posture and thus, makes hours at the computer a bit more bearable. The pillow is made of memory foam with a mesh cover. The two elastic straps at the back of the pillow have sturdy, locking plastic closures. There are two short elastic straps with the same closures that are available to extend the existing ones. For my desk chair, the extensions were not needed. The pillow is hand-wash only. The pillow comes with an "activate your lifetime warranty" card with a QR code on it. According to the directions buyers have 14 days to activate to receive their full warranty and exclusive discounts. There's also an email to contact the company with any questions. I don't like that you have to activate a warranty. The pillow slips around a bit on the plastic sides of my executive-style (high back) desk chair, but it's easy to position it and comfortable once in place. It is firm, but not hard. It will push you forward a bit so be prepared to sit forward more than you are used to if using this pillow.I am 5'6" and 155 pounds. I use a footrest at my desk and have a memory foam pillow I sit on to take the stress off my spine. This lumbar pillow works for me. I feel like I'm more ergonomically placed at my desk and my back feels better when using it. I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical and low-thoracic spine, so anything I can do to help feel better - I do it. For that reason, I'm liking this pillow and would recommend it to others in combination with the things I've mentioned.I would say that some larger framed people may find this pillow to be too small. It fits my low back just right without any overhang on either side of my waist, which is 32".

Trial and error with these products.
I have a slight discomfort in my back that is only really noticeable if I sleep in a wrong position.I tweaked my back twice about 5 years ago so I probably have a slight herniated disc.I drive semi so this is probably why it hasn't totally healed yet.So I had peviously bought another lumbar support a few weeks ago thast is just a round 4 inchdiameter cushion.I immediadtely noticed improvement at days end on the overall feel of my back. And even at night that one position that I could not sleep did not hurt as much. But then I was given a new truck where the seat was different so that circular cusion did not work anymore. So I bought this and when I first used it, it reaaly felt much better. But it takes some getting use to on the exact placement. You also have to make sure your seated just right and that your chairs height, back and other settings are just right. With me as a driver my drivers seat already has many settings that supposedly helps with lower back support like adding air support for the lower back. These designs are hit and miss and I had to let the air out of the seat when using this cushion.I found as a man if you have it to high, it will press against your kidneys all day and you will have a sore feeling in your kidney area if not placed right. Then I wished it was contoured and tapered a little more at the top then I would not experienve that discomfort. So these products are very hit and miss but will generally help with lower back pain. Its like they are very chair design dependent. There is one out there right for you the main chair you use it for.Now the trick is finding it. Good luck.

Lumbar Pillow taht stays put
Thick enough to give my back support. The two adjustable straps make it easy for the pillow to stay put and not move up and down. Attractive with good quality material. Arrived earlier than expected. Only negative is that the box the pillow arrived in was slightly crushed on one end, but did not effect the pillow inside.
