Where has THIS device been??? I get gruesome migraine headaches from time to time. When I get them on the road I end up with some crappy ice pack made from a zip lock bag (which always leaks) held on with a bandanna. Not any more. I fill this small but real ice bag with ice, pull the elastic cord over the opening and wrap it exactly where I want it, as loose or as tight as I want it. There's even an elastic extension, presumably in case you wanted to wrap around your waist or back or something. This may have been around for decades but I didn't find it until a month ago. It works GREAT! Now, as long as I can find ice, some Imitrex, a dark room and about an hour, I can kill a migraine headache and get on with my day.

THIS IS A GREAT ICE PACK. WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED IT, I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE TOO SMALL, BUT WHEN IT IS FULL OF ICE WATER, IT IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR A KNEE, ELBOW OR SHOULDER. IT'S WELL MADE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is PERFECT for my daughter’s Osgood-Schlatter knee. It doesn’t cover a lot of space, think knee cap, elbow, ankle. But it is so easy to use. Fill up with ice, screw on cap, Velcro on the band and ice away. Afterwards, dump ice and let dry. It’s so easy to use and much better than my daughter using the plastic ice packs and forgetting to put them back in the freezer. Now we always have an ice ready to go.

I had a knee replacement and planned to use this for an ice pack after surgery. It leaked no matter what I did. I tried tightening the top of the water bottle as tight as possible. Didn't do much good, I think if you wrap it tight around a joint and then flex the joint it puts pressure on the water bottle and forces the water out.

I love this small ice bag! I can find the bigger ones all day long in most stores, but the smaller one I needed for my ankle just wasn't anywhere. The wrap is a necessity to keep the bag in place, and I really use it so much more than the larger ice bag I have. This is also the better design for travel because you can always ice, while access to a freezer is just not available most of the time.

Tinnie-tiny. Good for small joints like the ankle, but it would not cover my entire knee joint, and I am a small framed person. I love the elastic band to hold it in place. This is a great feature because it applies a nice amount of compression. My only criticism is that it is represented in pictures as looking much bigger.

Ideally would've liked both the wrap and bag. Unfortunately for me, I only got the bag—no strap. That said, the ice bag is great without fail, but without the strap, its versatility is admittedly limited.Amazon could only give me a refund, and not a replacement.

This saved my knee when I went to disneyland. I tore something in my knee a month before disneyland, and my dr said that i need to ice my knee every chance i get. I strapped this ice pack on the back of my knee and walked around. It saved me from being in a lot of pain, because I can ask the vendor from ice to fill it. I didn't have to remember to freeze the ice pack and it kept the ice cold even in the hot california weather.

This was a really good purchase and have been very helpful for my whiplash and broken elbowI can recommend this item but don't make the same mistake I did they get in the Vault pro stuck in your hair weave actually had to cut some of my hair to release it from it lol but that was my fault!!

I suffer quite badly with headaches and thought I would try this as I like to have something cold on my head I love it and have used it most days since I got it
