Great at holding heat
I got this because I needed to apply heat to a small area, and all of the thermal pads I could find were too large.When you use it be sure to use the cover that goes around the bottle. Otherwise it could be too hot. I also didn't fill it completely since others said it leaked. I filled it about 75%, and I never had any issues with it. It holds temperature really well, which is also nice.
