Drivers work great on WIN11
Unit works as it should. Drivers have to be installed via Device Manager. Currently using only one port.

The Gearmo 4-port USB to Serial RS-232 hub works exactly as advertised on Windows 10, with plug n' play functionality if you already have FTDI drivers installed. For those who don't, the product arrives with a mini CD that has the necessary drivers so you don't have to hunt them down on the internet.HOW I USE IT:I ordered this product to allow me to open up a console session with my Cisco switches and it performs well in this capacity - mission accomplished.WHAT'S INCLUDED:1. CD w/ drivers2. Instructions.3. USB cable for PC connection4. Mounting screws and brackets for both wall and DIN rail mounting options.5. 4 port Serial hub with 4 DB9 ports, each with RX/TX LED indicators, DC power input, as well as power input terminals that accept between 9 and 45 volts of external power, but I've been using it without any problems with the power supplied via my PC's USB port.PROS:1. Easy to use. Just plug it in and its immediately recognized.2. The port numbers follow a logical order when listed in device manager, so no guess work is necessary.3. No external power is needed in my experience.4. Indicator LEDS for each serial port show if serial data is being received and/or transmitted.5. Build quality is simple and robust, with the ports for both USB and DB9 providing solid connections without wiggle or ambiguity.6. Compact.7.
