The media could not be loaded.  The plastic is sturdy so it could hurt if thrown at a person but overall it is safe if used properly. I threw axes and knives and wanted to share the experience with my son in a safer and indoor environment. Overall it works pretty much the same and it is fun.

Love how the axe will stick no matter what side it comes into contact with on the board! Definitely a great buy for the money. Everyone had fun playing this at my husbands birthday brunch!

Got this as an outdoor toy for my 11 year old & he loves it. It’s really lightweight & my only complaint is that the axes & stars don’t travel far since they’re so light. It is easy to move & put in our garage & isn’t too heavy or bulky that I can’t manage it. We actually took it to my son’s friend’s house to use as a birthday party game & it was a hit. It is a great outdoor activity for kids (or possibly indoors since the axes won’t do much damage) & I would definitely purchase again.

I had read several negative reviews on this product so was apprehensive about this product. Thankfully, I trusted the positive reviews and was not disappointed! We used this for an activity for our teens group at Church and it was a HIT! (no pun intended) The target held up after 2 hours of use and looked no worse for the wear. The kids couldn't wait to have another activity to improve their skills!

Inlays on stars and Hatchett come loose quickly so get out your superglue. Regardless, lots of family fun

I cannot get the "target" to snap onto frame because to important pieces are broken on the back

We got this for Christmas and it’s such a blast. It’s smaller than we expected but still so much fun for the entire family. Having the axe AND the star is a really cool idea too. Would definitely buy again!

We were so excited about this purchase, but it was disappointing from the start. It was very difficult to fit the pieces together, and then on the very first use (with a 6 year old throwing, so not particularly hard), the bristles started falling off when hit and one of the pegs to hang the axes even snapped off when an axe hit it.Unfortunately, we bought it early for Christmas, so the return window has closed, but it was a pretty big disappointment all around.
