Good product. I think it helped with weight loss.

Make sure to take with food or will cause nausea. I haven’t seen much difference in weight loss.

I was taking most of these ingredients in separate supplements, which can get expensive. I like Pure Encapulations products so I decided to give these a try. I take 2 a day with one capsule of (500 mg) cinnamon. It has made a significant difference in my levels. It did not work overnight. It was a slow and steady improvement. After 3 months of taking these 2x daily...I'm better than where I "need" to be.Supplements, no matter how good, don't work for everyone the same way. I know these are expensive and you have to take them a few months to see results... but I can say they worked for me and now another family member is trying them.

I really like these supplements. The cost is a little high, but for the sense of peace that you know what you’re getting I feel like it’s worth it. I don’t have any adverse side effects because the supplements are high-quality. I appreciate that their packaging doesn’t have a ton of extra space like most supplements, though there is still extra packaging.I get this one only four stars though because I did have a little bit of nausea after taking it for a couple of weeks

These capsules seemingly are helping me lose weight. They apparently speed up my metabolism and are great!

Would not recommend expensive product. I didn’t see much from the results.

My doctor recommended Pure Encapsulated brand. Will use this brand from now on.
