NedFossBOAR Survival Knife, 4.1" D2 Steel Full Tang Hunting Knife with Kydex Sheath, Micarta Handle, Ultimate Camping Fixed Blade Knife

This is my first Nedfoss knife, and it certainly won’t be my last! The Boar comes to you with a beautiful fit and finish! I mean, I was really expecting to find all kinds of stuff to nitpick, but it was flawless. The design of the knife, in my opinion is extremely attractive, so even if you never really use your knives, it’s a good looking piece!I’ve used the Nedfoss Boar for the last month, on a daily basis, bit at work (construction) and around or 7 acre property. I’ve cut, split, chopped, pried, carved and stabbed with it. While it may not lend itself to being a great chopper, it does the job just fine! The flat grind does a perfect job of cutting, slicing and even, to my surprise, splitting! It’s excellent for food preparation, and the D2 steel holds a great edge.The Boar is a great do-it-all knife, it’s light weight, but plenty sturdy to do anything you need it to do! The sheath… oh my gosh, the sheath! Beautiful kydex, formed perfectly, with fantastic retention, a tek-lok style belt attachment and a ferro rod holder! Seriously, the amount of knife for the money is insane with the Nedfoss Boar!

Can’t beat this knife for the price. Extremely sharp right out of the box. I liked it so much I ordered another one for my grandson. It is well built and feels great in your hand.

Good weight for EDC as well as a bushcraft knife. Sharp right out of the box and the sheath holds firmly. Looks great on top of all that with subtle curves and a great handle.

Nice value for price. D2 has excellent cutting properties, bit never use as a pry bar.Sheath is top quality, and one cannot relate to a negative comment that it's too thin. Not true.It significantly handle-heavy. To correct this please, either taper the tang to remove weight, or add an inch to the cutting edge length.

This NedFoss Boar knife exceeded expectations! Quality knife which will be in use for years of outdoor adventures. Sheath also of quality design. Packaged well and arrived on time.

Knife is of great quality and fits great in the hand. I’m also really impressed with the quality of the leather sheath.
