So convenient and accurate. The large lighted display determining red for fever is a great feature. It is very easy to use and outputs temperature in seconds. It is a nice design also!

I love that you have 2 choices, either scanning the forehead or using the inner ear. My only complaint is that it changed to celcius and i cant figure out how to change back to farenheit lol.

Purchased this when it was on sale, it is accurate and works great!

My wife is an RN at a childrens hospital and had been wanting a new thermometer. I wasn't sure how well this one would work but love amazons return policy so I gave it a try. She tested it against several other thermometers and said it was quite accurate. She did suggest only using the ear method unless you fully read the instructions or know how to do the forehead method as its very easy to do it wrong and get inaccurate numbers that way.

Update: Customer Service reached out after I left the feedback below. I was provided with instructions to clean the product. Unfortunately, the product still gave inaccurate readings. Customer Service sent me a replacement product, and I am happy to report that the replacement worked beautifully. Thanks. Great customer service, and they seem to genuinely interested in the quality of their product. I am updating my rating for this product from 1 to 4 based on excellent customer service, and that the replacement product does work accurately.-----------------I had high hope for this product. Unfortunately, I must have received a defective model, as the reading kept saying "L". I tried it on my baby daughter, my husband and me. The product did not work for either of us. Very disappointing.

Works great and seems to be accurate - quick easy reading.
