I never really leave reviews, yet the product and service was so very disappointing I felt I had to warn others. The dark side of the duvet stained the white side when washed (as per instructions). This is clearly not colour fast. The dark dye also happened to stain all of my new white fitted sheets too, so I was left out of pocket by a long shot. When I tried to return and explain the poor quality of the duvet set, all I received repeatedly is that it’s outside the 30 day window and so they will not help/do anything/offer a refund. It took me this long to get round to use it, but explained that a duvet cover should last longer than 30 days, so if that’s the only warranty they have, this does not look good. I was very disappointed at the complete lack of help or acknowledgement from the seller and I wished I had never bought this product.

Bit bobblely in places and unfortunately loose thread has effected the dyeing during manufacturing, see attached. Good quality for the price. Will have to have the white way up!

As with many other reviews the dye leaks everywhere! Not just in the wash but through simply sleeping on it! After 3 very hot washes and colour catches in the wash, when dry and the bed was dressed, after a night of sleeping - both of our faces were blue, the pillow protectors were tinged blue along with my new fitted sheets. If I were to pay a fiver, perhaps I would expect this but not at the same price as many other leading brands. No idea how to go about asking for money back? If this was purchased from a high street store I would be taking it back to the shop along with my now blue pillows and sheets!! Such a shame because it’s a lovely looking set. I tried to different temperature washes, on the hottest wash, only 60* it also shrunk on the beaded seams.

Looks nice but it is very thin. You can see labels from your pillows through to the outside of the pillowcase. Also it had a few marks sporadically over the duvet cover, not too bad to notice from a distance but can notice, when close up.

No poppers on the duvet covers at all, clearly this sold as seconds but at full price! What a rip off! Any company selling rubbish like this needs to be removed from Amazon! For £17:99 I would expect a finished item. Only worth £5 if that. Shame as the navy dots were the perfect pattern. Buyer Beware!

Firstly the price of this cover was excellent, however it is very thin material, which results in a creased look ! the white side is see through and has several loose threads/snags which will develop into a hole if pulled. so my Daughter will have to use it grey side up which is a shame as she preferred the white side. If it wasn’t for a University room I would have returned it.Not expensive and does the job but if your looking for quality you might have to pay more.

This looks nice but the piping around both the duvet cover and the pillow cases seems to pull the material making it wrinkled and just doesn’t look good at all. Even when it’s been ironed the cover and pillowcases curl up all around the edges . The material is really quite thin too. Pity as it’s nice but would not buy another set for these reasons.

I didn’t know what to expect having read the reviews. When it arrived i was happy with the quality, for the price paid. Love the way they look, overall i am very happy with the product, especially for the design!!!
