Made a Nigel Slater chicken recipe with this. I used less than advised and it was delicious. For a hotter marinade use recommended amount.

Massamann curry is supposed to be fragrant as opposed to be fiery. Great flavours but I'm not great with heat so would not buy again.

Great customer service
I wrote a negative review on this product earlier this week based solely on the fact that the delivery was wrong. Company got in touch with me and explained it was Amazon who packed it wrong and are sending the correct delivery free of charge.Happy to put this very positive review on for great customer service.This is the second time I've purchased the kofte mix and its really good so will be ordering more in the futureDavid McDonnell
