If you are looking at this item you already know its cheap. But you likely need it for a one off project like I do, so you will take the chance. The length of the hex adapter will not fit in a Milwaukee driver. So plan on grinding it down. The chuck key isn't great either as the teeth only engage about halfway, and not because the alignment pin is too long. Just poor quality. If you want a nice Jacobs chuck with a good key, go ahead and spend the money. But for the flexibility this is decent.

I had bought a new hammer drill with the sds plus chuck so you can only use bits with the sds plus shafts. This keyed chuck was just the ticket for using round shaft bits or square shank bits. Now I’m not limited to only using the sds bits.

Works well for drilling holes and also work pretty good for small hole saws it will get you by until you can get a drill the only reason I bought it is because I hadn't got a drill yet

Nice quality and it has useful attachments had to oil to work smoothly

The metal ring broke in two pieces

Good Price, however quality needs to improve. If you purchase, tighten the jaws and review the jaw length. If the jaws don't align, bits wobble and holes will be bad, causing pre-mature bit failure, Not designed for hole tolerance accuracy. Wood drilling ok, metal not so good.

Didn't last a day of work.
