I have or let me say, until recently I "used" to have a ridiculously large wardrobe most of which was corporate job attire. Everything in my closet was hung on "department store" hangers. Over the years I thought department store hangers were an upgrade from the prior plastic & wire hanger mix I had going on and at least looked consistent in appearance. They did the job and were "okay" but they were getting pretty ugly looking. I quit my job because my parents needed help but thought I would pick up a part time job. Long story short they need way more help than I anticipated and a part time job was not an option. I donated all my work attire to Dress for Success. Once those were gone I decided it was time to really get my closet in order since that was something I could actually control. I got realistic about what I was actually wearing, what fit, etc. and pared down further. Looking at what was left I realized I could actually have all my hanging clothes in one closet! I decided I wanted my closet to look really organized. I wanted all new hangers that were attractive yet substantial so the clothes would retain a nice shape and not slide off. I started looking at wooden hangers and after searching and reading reviews I found these Zober hangers which seemed to be the perfect choice in meeting my criteria for blouses, blazers, sweaters, etc. I was slightly hesitant given the price because I new 1 box would not be enough. Given the great reviews I decided to purchase two boxes in the natural finish. The hangers were delivered quickly and upon opening I was appreciative of the careful and thoughtful packaging. These are high quality, substantial in size, absolutely beautiful and every hanger was in perfect condition. I love the smooth, splinter-free finish as well as the contoured shoulder line and the 360 swivel hook is a great feature. Once I rehung my clothes I couldn't believe the difference it made (I wish I had taken a before photo)! Everything stays perfectly in place on these hangers, no slipping off or getting crooked. These hangers are absolutely beautiful and my closet now looks polished. I do want to note I purchased different clip hangers specifically for my pants. I told my husband to clean out his side of the closet and I'd buy him new hangers too. I have to admit after 63 years I've become "hanger snob"!

Needed some hangers in a hurry last night, so I went to a local store and almost purchased some wooden hangers that looked almost exactly like these ZOBER high-quality hangers. But I picked one up at the store and could tell immediately that it was poor quality. The hangers were so rough that I got a splinter, and the pants hanging bar on the bottom was loose. I briefly considered how long it would take me to sand and finish each of the hangers so they wouldn't snag my clothing or my hands, or if I could con my husband into doing it. (NOTE: These poor quality hangers were NOT the ZOBERs I bought from Amazon.)Instead, I went home and ordered these ZOBER hangers from Amazon. I ordered them about 8 pm and they were delivered before I awakened this a.m. (Amazon delivery people are the best!) I was a little uneasy about ordering them because they looked so much like the poor quality ones I had seen in the store. And out of 8430 reviews on Amazon, two reviewers rated them poor, citing the rough finish and shoddy construction. I was so happy when I opened them and found them to be very good quality, smooth finish, attractive wood, and solid construction. One thing I would mention, they are listed as suit hangers, I suppose because there is also a provision for hanging a pair of pants. For a really good suit, I would go with a hanger whose shoulders actually curve forward to help retain the shape of the suit jacket shoulders. The contour of these hangers is more in a single plane, rather than curving forward. I think these are more appropriate for hanging casual jackets, sweaters, pants, shirts that one would want to keep from wrinkling, or fragile fabric that would be damaged by a wire hanger or cheap thin plastic hanger. Oh, one more thing—these hangers certainly look nice in my closet after the mish-mash of cheap hangers that had been breeding in my closet.

I do not like wire hangers. I needed more wooden hangers but the prices, quality and size can be all over the place. These hangers fit the need for me. I like the brown color, sturdiness of the material, plastic grip coating to hang my pants on and the available notch on each arm of the hanger. I would buy these again without hesitation in the future.

I love these sturdy hangers. I bought these to replace the old velvet hangers which were so flimsy and broke often. I bought white hangers and they brightened up my closet. This is a good price...a good buy!

These are descent wooden hangers and a good value. I bought the first box of them in 2020 and they're holding up good. I've used some of them pretty hard by hanging multiple pairs of things on them like ski pants and winter jackets. What would make them better? Making the metal hanger hook thicker.

These hangers are sturdy, smooth to the touch, the color and wood grain is so beautiful. I have a wardrobe that sits out and these make it easier to look at. They slide easily too. Clothes fit well on the hangers and don’t slide off the hangers either.

This is my second purchase of these hangers as they are solid, well put together and the finish is top notch. They hold all manner of shirts without slipping and prevent the bumps on shirts found with cheaper plastic hangars. I also like the rotating hook. Looks great in rje closet as well.

Good hangars that work well in the closet. Durable and well built. Color is nice as well. Good price for the quantity received

Top part is fine but the horizontal/ straight stick below is not sturdy. Received a different color than ordered. I guess some items are better purchased from shop.
